Pep Band 2025
Pep Band Policy:
The full band population is divided into 2 equal groups: the Navy pep band and the Gold pep band.
All students are required to play their assigned 4 games as a part of the class grade. Students that choose to play for all 8 games (Navy & Gold) will receive credit towards their letter in band. The full pep band schedule is attached. Dress for pep band is jeans and the 2024 band show t-shirt.
If some of you are not getting remind messages, below are the codes to sign up for classes that pertain to your student:
Freshmen in 1st hour: text @lnband28 to 81010
Sophomores in 1st hour: text @lnband27 to 81010
Juniors in 1st hour: text @lnband26 to 81010
Seniors in 1st hour: text @lnband25 to 81010

Make sure the first character after @ is a lowercase L.

On certain days, conditions are so treacherous that the evening game is also canceled; therefore, no Pep Band.
On other inclement weather days, conditions are favorable enough to at least get the basketball teams to the school to play the game without any of the spirit groups such as band/cheer/dance present. The game is played, but no Pep Band.
On inclement weather days where conditions are only bad in the morning, we go ahead with pep band and the basketball that evening. However, if any student is unable to make it due to lingering poor conditions in their neighborhood, students in that situation will be excused from pep band that evening without penalty.
A Remind will be sent out by 1 pm on game day regarding how we are going to approach an evening game that should fall on an inclement weather day. Your flexibility is always greatly appreciated.
