We are proud to announce an incredible opportunity for individual fundraising for the band trip!

Aramark has offered the opportunity to staff concessions during the Royals, Chiefs, and special events at Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium during the 2022-2023 season, and the payout is a minimum of $110 per person for each game you staff. This fundraising opportunity is open to color guard and band, including parents of 8th graders; however, you must be 16 or older to work. Parents, older siblings or other people 16+ may staff on behalf of younger students to help raise money for the 2023 Orlando Trip.

• NonProfit Organization (NPO) training and ServSafe Certification are MANDATORY prior to your first shift

• Choose your training date CAREFULLY - there are some sessions that are only for NPO training and intended for those who already have food handler's certification. If you do NOT have a ServSafe certification, you need to choose a date that includes both.

We would like to try to staff entire stands with our group during Chiefs season, so we're looking for at least 7 people for each game date. If we don't get the number we're targeting, it's OK - it's just more fun when you have a group working together!

In the event that they are overstaffed for a particular game, we may need to call off some volunteers. We will attempt to keep track to ensure that this is handled equitably among volunteers (not always the same person).

You may only sign up for dates after you have completed required training.
